Logistics

In 2004 the logistic arm of the Arkel Group was formed in the domestic market that specializes as a common carrier in the Intermodal Transportation business. Its primary focus is the drayage of containerized cargo for the petrochemical industry to the ports and railroads. Our services range along the Gulf Coast spanning from Houston, Texas to Mobile, Alabama with our headquarters here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where we maintain interchange agreements with all the major rail lines and steamship lines.

Our managerial staff has an excess of twenty-five years of combined experience in intermodal transportation business and have been involved in the organization since its inception. All of our drivers are Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) and Haz Mat certified.

We pride ourselves on serving all of the clients transportation needs with professional and on time service. We stress on time service by meeting delivery cutoffs and always keeping safety as a priority. Our dedication to the client and understanding of the product has allowed us to be a carrier of choice for clients with container needs.
