We try to think of ourselves in terms of doing work for a greater cause. We don’t just build buildings, supply power, deliver goods, or convert sugar into power. If our employees think of our work in its essential form, we feel it is much more inspiring and definitely more rewarding. It also instills a greater need to fulfill on promises to our customer. Whether it’s true or not, it helps us to focus on enduring excellent service—because it is more than just about us. We don’t just sell a service, we sell peace of mind.
