CamoCafe Ramadi establishes trends for other Internet Cafes to follow such as: housing the only ATM in Iraq, as well as offering soft serve ice cream to name a couple.

This café provides troops stationed at Camp Ramadi an "oasis in the desert" - respite from their endless patrols and combat action.  Moreover, service members can use the café's PCs or utilize their personal laptops throughout Camp Ramadi to access broadband services such as e-mails, sending photos, Internet surfing, etc.

The ability to maintain contact with family and friends while deployed to a combat zone improves morale.  Consequently, this project was a priority for the Base Command, requiring rapid response, mobilization, and implementation.
