New Construction of a 5,000sf restaurant located on Coursey Boulevard. The project was negotiated and valued to fit the owner’s budget and administered using a lump sum contract. The building was constructed with a wood stud framing system and a stucco facade. The interior kitchen layout was designed during construction and coordinated with the help of our management staff and the future tenant of the building.
