Exceeding Expectations.

Renovation of a 15,000 square foot abandoned building in downtown Baton Rouge which was converted into 2 floors of commercial office space and 2 floors of residential apartments. The project consisted of the demolition of the interior of all 3 floors, new structural steel supporting members, and tenant finishes for both the commercial and residential spaces.
