Exceeding Expectations.

Renovations to 5 buildings located in Florida's panhandle.  Reconstruction began after the area was devastated by Hurricane Ivan. The project included renovations and structural upgrades to all 80 units of the complex including new exterior wall systems, roofs, mechanical systems, elevators and balcony upgrades.
