Exceeding Expectations.

Construction of a new 73,000 square foot medical office building.  Each of the four tenant buildouts were specifically designed to suite the Clients needs.  A natural gas emergency power generator, and an 18,000 square foot concrete parking lot finished the project making the hospital a self sufficient and state of the art facility for the residents of Zachary.
